What Payment do you accept?

We accept payment via Paypal, which takes all major credit cards and direct payment from a nominated bank account.

What postage options do you have?

We use Australia Post for delivery within Australia. Simply enter your postcode and choose your service speed to find your delivery charges.

What are your delivery options?

Please ensure that your chosen delivery details are correct to avoid a further delivery charge. An email will be sent to you immediately upon payment to allow you to check the address details that you have supplied and contact us promptly if the delivery address is incorrect. We’d love to hear from you at hampers@harrowandfinch.com.au.

Environmentally friendly packaging

Our standard packaging is sturdy and recyclable or reusable. Our pine presentation boxes can be reused to hold shoes, photos or anything valuable.

Returns and Complaints

At all times your satisfaction with your hamper purchase is our aim. If your Harrow and Finch Fine Hamper is damaged or unsatisfactory in any way contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hampers@harrowandfinch.com.au.

When will my order be despatched?

Your Harrow and Finch Fine Hamper will be despatched within two days of your order.

Product Availability

Supply of quality fruit and vegetables can be easily interrupted by seasonal factors including drought, storms and fire. In the event of any Harrow and Finch Fine Hamper item being unavailable, another product of similar type and value will be substituted.
